Garlic Ginger Mushroom Stir-Fry
Ingredients
200g Mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 inch Ginger, grated
1 medium Onion, sliced

Instructions:
Heat the stove top over medium heat.
Add the sliced onions and sauté until translucent, about 1 minute.
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced mushrooms and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are tender and cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
