Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml)

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (40g)

  • 1 scoop protein powder (30g)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (12g)

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (16g)

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon erythritol (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1/4 cup berries (optional, for topping)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Saucepan

  • Measuring cups

  • Measuring spoons

  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, combine almond milk and rolled oats. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

  • Stir in the protein powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon until well combined.

  • Remove from heat and stir in almond butter until melted and mixed through.

  • If desired, sweeten with erythritol to taste.

  • Serve warm, topped with berries if using.
