Keto Paleo Protein Oatmeal
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml)
1/2 cup rolled oats (40g)
1 scoop protein powder (30g)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (12g)
1 tablespoon almond butter (16g)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon erythritol (optional, for sweetness)
1/4 cup berries (optional, for topping)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Saucepan
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Spoon
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine almond milk and rolled oats. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the protein powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon until well combined.
Remove from heat and stir in almond butter until melted and mixed through.
If desired, sweeten with erythritol to taste.
Serve warm, topped with berries if using.
