Cheesy Ham and Veggie Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients:
2 slices of Bread
100g Ham
50g Cheese
1 Tortilla wrap
100g Cherry Tomatoes
50g Cucumber
50g Lettuce
1 Lemon (for juice)
100g Oats
200g Yogurt
1 tbsp Clarified Butter
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Garlic Sauce
1 Apple
1 Plum
200ml Orange Juice
2 medium Potatoes
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Air Fryer
Stove Top
Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and toss them with 1 tbsp of clarified butter, salt, and pepper. Place them in the air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the wrap. Take the tortilla wrap and layer it with lettuce, sliced ham, cheese, and chopped cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
Squeeze some lemon juice over the veggies for added flavor. Roll the wrap tightly and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the oats with yogurt and a drizzle of honey if desired. This will be your side dish.
Once the potatoes are done, serve them alongside the wrap and the yogurt-oat mixture.
For a refreshing drink, serve the orange juice with a slice of apple and plum on the side.
For dipping, mix ketchup and garlic sauce in a small bowl.
