Ingredients:
300g of chicken
1 red pepper
150g of bacon
4 eggs
500g chicken wings
200g of crème fraîche
100g of Parmesan cheese
100g of cheese
50g of butter

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the bacon. Fry until golden brown.
Add the diced chicken and sliced red pepper. Cook until the chicken is cooked through.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the crème fraîche, Parmesan cheese, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, arrange the chicken wings and pour the egg and cream mixture over them.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
