Ingredients:

  • 300g of chicken

  • 1 red pepper

  • 150g of bacon

  • 4 eggs

  • 500g chicken wings

  • 200g of crème fraîche

  • 100g of Parmesan cheese

  • 100g of cheese

  • 50g of butter

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Four

  • Hob

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  • In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the bacon. Fry until golden brown.

  • Add the diced chicken and sliced red pepper. Cook until the chicken is cooked through.

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with the crème fraîche, Parmesan cheese, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

  • In a baking dish, arrange the chicken wings and pour the egg and cream mixture over them.

  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
