Ingredients:
1 cup of wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter at room temperature
1/2 cup chopped semisweet chocolate
1 this
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Bowl
Tablespoon
Baking pan
Parchment paper
Spatula
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar until light and creamy.
Add the egg and vanilla essence, mixing well.
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter mixture, stirring until combined.
Finally, add the chopped chocolate and mix.
Using a spoon, make small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
