Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup butter at room temperature

  • 1/2 cup chopped semisweet chocolate

  • 1 this

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Bowl

  • Tablespoon

  • Baking pan

  • Parchment paper

  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.

  • In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar until light and creamy.

  • Add the egg and vanilla essence, mixing well.

  • In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter mixture, stirring until combined.

  • Finally, add the chopped chocolate and mix.

  • Using a spoon, make small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.

  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
