Ingredients:

  • 1 medium Cucumber, sliced

  • 1/2 cup Pickles, chopped

  • 4 slices Bread

  • 2 large Wraps

  • 2 tablespoons Spicy Ketchup

  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing

  • 2 medium Potatoes, cut into fries

  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded

  • 2 cups Frozen Veggies, mixed

  • 1/2 cup Pasta Sauce

  • 1 cup White Rice, cooked

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

  • 1 tablespoon Mustard

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Air Fryer

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Cut the potatoes into fries and toss them with a little oil and salt. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.

  • In a bowl, mix the frozen veggies with Caesar dressing and let them sit for 10 minutes to marinate.

  • Spread Dijon mustard on the wraps and layer with lettuce, cucumber slices, pickles, and the marinated veggies. Drizzle with spicy ketchup.

  • Roll the wraps tightly and slice them in half.

  • Toast the bread slices in the air fryer until golden brown.

  • Serve the wraps with the crispy potato fries and a side of pasta sauce for dipping.
