Spicy Veggie Wrap with Potato Fries

Ingredients:
1 medium Cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup Pickles, chopped
4 slices Bread
2 large Wraps
2 tablespoons Spicy Ketchup
1/4 cup Caesar dressing
2 medium Potatoes, cut into fries
1 cup Lettuce, shredded
2 cups Frozen Veggies, mixed
1/2 cup Pasta Sauce
1 cup White Rice, cooked
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Mustard
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Air Fryer

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Cut the potatoes into fries and toss them with a little oil and salt. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
In a bowl, mix the frozen veggies with Caesar dressing and let them sit for 10 minutes to marinate.
Spread Dijon mustard on the wraps and layer with lettuce, cucumber slices, pickles, and the marinated veggies. Drizzle with spicy ketchup.
Roll the wraps tightly and slice them in half.
Toast the bread slices in the air fryer until golden brown.
Serve the wraps with the crispy potato fries and a side of pasta sauce for dipping.
