Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Butter (softened)
1 Egg
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 cup Icing Sugar
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
2 tbsp Golden Syrup
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Honey

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, icing sugar, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in the egg and vanilla essence until well combined.
In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
Stir in the golden syrup, maple syrup, and honey until fully incorporated.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the centers are still soft.
Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
