 Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

  • 1/2 cup Butter (softened)

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

  • 1/2 cup Icing Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter

  • 2 tbsp Golden Syrup

  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 tbsp Honey

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Blender

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, icing sugar, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

  • Beat in the egg and vanilla essence until well combined.

  • In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

  • Stir in the golden syrup, maple syrup, and honey until fully incorporated.

  • Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the centers are still soft.

  • Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
