Cinnamon Almond Muffins

Ingredients:
1 cup Corn muffin mix
1 cup Pancake mix
1/2 cup Almonds, chopped
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Air Fryer
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the corn muffin mix and pancake mix.
Add the chopped almonds, milk, melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the dry ingredients.
Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Spoon the batter into muffin cups or silicone molds.
Place the muffin cups in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before serving.
