Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Corn muffin mix

  • 1 cup Pancake mix

  • 1/2 cup Almonds, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Air Fryer

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the corn muffin mix and pancake mix.

  • Add the chopped almonds, milk, melted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the dry ingredients.

  • Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  • Spoon the batter into muffin cups or silicone molds.

  • Place the muffin cups in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  • Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before serving.
