Ingredients:

  • 200g Pasta

  • 100g Corn

  • 150g Cherry tomatoes

  • 200g Chicken and turkey breast

  • 100g Spreadable cheese

  • 50g grated Emmental

  • 100g crème fraîche

  • 50ml Vinaigrette

  • 2 slices of fresh bread

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microvawe Oven

  • Blender

Instructions:

  • Cook the pâtes according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add the blanc de poulet and de dinde, cover, and microwave for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Shred the chicken once cooled.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pâtes, shredded chicken, maïs, and halved tomates cerises.

  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, crème fraîche, and vinaigrette until smooth.

  • Pour the creamy dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until well combined.

  • Sprinkle the emmental rapé on top and mix gently.

  • Serve with slices of pain frais on the side.
