Creamy Chicken and Corn Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
200g Pasta
100g Corn
150g Cherry tomatoes
200g Chicken and turkey breast
100g Spreadable cheese
50g grated Emmental
100g crème fraîche
50ml Vinaigrette
2 slices of fresh bread

Blender
Instructions:
Cook the pâtes according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the blanc de poulet and de dinde, cover, and microwave for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Shred the chicken once cooled.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pâtes, shredded chicken, maïs, and halved tomates cerises.
In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, crème fraîche, and vinaigrette until smooth.
Pour the creamy dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until well combined.
Sprinkle the emmental rapé on top and mix gently.
Serve with slices of pain frais on the side.
