Ingredients:

  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:

  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  • Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

  • Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley, cooking for an additional minute.

  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.
