Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts (about 500g)

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Skillet

  • Measuring spoons

  • Small bowl

  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  • Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  • In a small bowl, mix together honey and butter until well combined.

  • Once the chicken is cooked, pour the honey butter mixture over the chicken in the skillet.

  • Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

  • Serve hot.
