Ingredients:

  • 200g of chocolate

  • 100g brown sugar

  • 100g of flour

  • 50ml canola oil

  • 50ml of olive oil

  • 1g of sea salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Microvawe Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.

  • In a large bowl, mix the melted chocolate with the brown sugar until smooth.

  • Add the canola and olive oils and mix well.

  • Stir in the flour and sea salt until the dough is smooth.

  • Pour the batter into a previously greased mold.

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  • Let cool before cutting into squares.
