 Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie



Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana (about 100g)

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (16g)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (21g)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Measuring spoons

  • Measuring cup

  • Glass

Instructions:

  • Peel the banana and break it into pieces.

  • In a blender, combine the banana, peanut butter, almond milk, honey (or agave syrup), vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

  • If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is chilled.

  • Pour into a glass and enjoy your breakfast smoothie.
