Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 medium banana (about 100g)
1 tablespoon peanut butter (16g)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml)
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (21g)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Ice cubes (optional)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Blender
Measuring spoons
Measuring cup
Glass
Instructions:
Peel the banana and break it into pieces.
In a blender, combine the banana, peanut butter, almond milk, honey (or agave syrup), vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is chilled.
Pour into a glass and enjoy your breakfast smoothie.
