 Fish tacos with salsa



Ingredients:

  • 200g white fish fillet (such as cod)

  • 2 small corn tortillas (about 30g each)

  • 50g red cabbage, thinly sliced

  • 50g diced tomatoes

  • 30g red onion, chopped

  • 1 medium avocado (about 150g)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of cumin

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Four

  • Was

  • Stove

  • Papier aluminium

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • Season the fish fillet with cumin, paprika, salt and pepper.

  • Wrap the fish in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.

  • Meanwhile, prepare the salsa by mixing the tomatoes, red onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.

  • Heat the corn tortillas in a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.

  • Once the fish is cooked, crumble it and spread it on the tortillas.

  • Add the red cabbage and salsa over the fish.

  • Finish with avocado slices and a drizzle of olive oil.
