Turkey Tacos with Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
400g minced turkey
4 corn tortillas
1 ripe mango, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 lime, jus
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the red onion and jalapeƱo pepper, sautƩ until softened.
Add the ground turkey, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the turkey is cooked through.
In a bowl, combine the mango, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper to make the mango salsa.
Heat the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until warm.
Assemble the tacos by adding the cooked turkey to the tortillas, then top with mango salsa.
