 Turkey Tacos with Mango Salsa




Ingredients:

  • 400g minced turkey

  • 4 corn tortillas

  • 1 ripe mango, diced

  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1 lime, jus

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of cumin

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove

  • Was

  • Wooden spoon

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  • Add the red onion and jalapeƱo pepper, sautĆ© until softened.

  • Add the ground turkey, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the turkey is cooked through.

  • In a bowl, combine the mango, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper to make the mango salsa.

  • Heat the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until warm.

  • Assemble the tacos by adding the cooked turkey to the tortillas, then top with mango salsa.
