Garlic Beef Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
200g Beef, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
3 Spring Onions, chopped
150g Mushrooms, sliced
1 Carrot, julienned
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Pan
Knife
Cutting Board
Spatula
Instructions:
Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced beef and cook for 2 minutes until browned.
Add the mushrooms, spring onions, and carrots, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
