 Garlic Beef Stir-Fry



Ingredients:

  • 200g Beef, sliced

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 3 Spring Onions, chopped

  • 150g Mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 Carrot, julienned

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pan

  • Knife

  • Cutting Board

  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat.


  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Add the sliced beef and cook for 2 minutes until browned.

  • Add the mushrooms, spring onions, and carrots, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
