Chicken casserole with vegetables



 Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 300 g potatoes

  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 200 g chicken fillet

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 100 g gherkins

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.

  • Boil the potatoes until done, then cut them into cubes.

  • In a frying pan, fry the chicken fillet until golden brown, add chopped garlic and bell pepper, cook for another 5 minutes.

  • In a deep bowl, mix potatoes, chicken with vegetables, chopped tomatoes and cucumber.

  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

  • Serve with gherkins as a garnish.
