Chicken casserole with vegetables
Ingredients:
2 eggs
300 g potatoes
1 cucumber
2 tomatoes
200 g chicken fillet
1 bell pepper
2 cloves of garlic
100 g gherkins

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Boil the potatoes until done, then cut them into cubes.
In a frying pan, fry the chicken fillet until golden brown, add chopped garlic and bell pepper, cook for another 5 minutes.
In a deep bowl, mix potatoes, chicken with vegetables, chopped tomatoes and cucumber.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with gherkins as a garnish.
