Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
200g chicken breast
200g pasta
100g tomatoes
50g onion
30g olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon Italian spices
Salt and black pepper to taste
50g Parmesan cheese (optional)
500ml chicken broth
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and marinate with salt, black pepper, and Italian spices for 15 minutes.
In a large pot, bring water to a boil, add pasta, and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until softened.
Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken changes color and is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes and continue cooking for 3-5 minutes, until softened.
Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pot, stirring to coat.
Finally, add the chicken stock and cook for 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese according to personal taste, mix well and serve.
