 Chicken Pasta



Ingredients:

  • 200g chicken breast

  • 200g pasta

  • 100g tomatoes

  • 50g onion

  • 30g olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 teaspoon Italian spices

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 50g Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • 500ml chicken broth

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • cauldron

  • frying pan

  • knife

  • cutting board

  • slip through the net

Instructions:

  • Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and marinate with salt, black pepper, and Italian spices for 15 minutes.

  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil, add pasta, and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.

  • While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until softened.

  • Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken changes color and is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  • Add the chopped tomatoes and continue cooking for 3-5 minutes, until softened.

  • Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pot, stirring to coat.

  • Finally, add the chicken stock and cook for 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.

  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese according to personal taste, mix well and serve.
