Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Measuring cups

  • Measuring spoons

  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Peel the bananas and break them into smaller pieces.

  • In a blender, combine the bananas, rolled oats, almond milk, peanut butter, honey (if using), cinnamon, and protein powder.

  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

  • If you prefer a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or a sweetener of your choice.

  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
