Banana and Oat Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
Ice cubes (optional)

Blender
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Spoon
Instructions:
Peel the bananas and break them into smaller pieces.
In a blender, combine the bananas, rolled oats, almond milk, peanut butter, honey (if using), cinnamon, and protein powder.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
If you prefer a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or a sweetener of your choice.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
