Chicken Rice
Ingredients:
200g chicken breast, diced
150g jasmine rice
400ml chicken broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 green onions, chopped for garnish

Spoon
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
Add diced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
Stir in jasmine rice and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat, drizzle with sesame oil, and fluff rice with a fork.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
