 Fruit and oat smoothie



Ingredients:

  • 1 banana (100g)

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats (40g)

  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (120g)

  • 1/2 cup of almond milk (120ml)

  • 1/2 cup of mixed berries (75g)

  • 1 tablespoon of honey (21g)

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (12g)

  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon (1g)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Measuring cups

  • Measuring spoons

  • Knife

Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine the banana, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, mixed berries, honey, chia seeds, and cinnamon.

  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.

  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
