Fruit and oat smoothie
Ingredients:
1 banana (100g)
1/2 cup of rolled oats (40g)
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (120g)
1/2 cup of almond milk (120ml)
1/2 cup of mixed berries (75g)
1 tablespoon of honey (21g)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds (12g)
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon (1g)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Blender
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Knife
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the banana, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, mixed berries, honey, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
