Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 scoop (30g) protein powder (whey or plant-based)
1 medium banana (about 120g)
1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon (16g) natural peanut butter
1/2 cup (75g) frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 tablespoon (15g) chia seeds
1/2 cup (120ml) water or ice cubes (optional)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Blender
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Glass
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the protein powder, banana, almond milk, peanut butter, frozen mixed berries, and chia seeds.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
If the smoothie is too thick, add water or ice cubes to reach your desired consistency and blend again.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary (you can add a little honey or maple syrup if desired).
Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
