Turkey Tacos with Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
300g ground turkey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
3 small corn tortillas
1 ripe mango, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
Juice of 1 lime
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spices are fragrant.
While the turkey is cooking, prepare the mango salsa by combining the diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and cilantro in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of the turkey mixture on each tortilla and topping with the mango salsa.
Garnish with additional cilantro if desired and serve immediately.
