Chicken and Avocado Wrap
Ingredients:
200g grilled chicken breast
1 medium avocado (150g)
2 whole wheat tortillas (60g)
50g lettuce
50g chopped tomatoes
30g sliced red onion
1 tablespoon olive oil (15g)
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Grill the chicken breast until cooked through and golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
While the chicken is grilling, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and pulp, and cut into slices.
In a bowl, combine the lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Heat whole wheat tortillas in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side.
Assemble the wrap by placing the grilled chicken, avocado slices, and vegetable mixture on the tortillas.
Roll the tortillas tightly to form the wrap and cut in half before serving.
