Ingredients:

  • 200g grilled chicken breast

  • 1 medium avocado (150g)

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas (60g)

  • 50g lettuce

  • 50g chopped tomatoes

  • 30g sliced ​​red onion

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15g)

  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:
