Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 1 tsp Baking Soda

  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, 1 tsp of baking soda, 2 tbsp of brown sugar, and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder together.

  • In another bowl, beat 1 egg and add 1/2 cup of water, then mix well.

  • Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.

  • Heat a non-stick pan on the stove top over medium heat.

  • Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
