Cinnamon Sugar Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, 1 tsp of baking soda, 2 tbsp of brown sugar, and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder together.
In another bowl, beat 1 egg and add 1/2 cup of water, then mix well.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan on the stove top over medium heat.
Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
