 Roasted BBQ Pork Sandwich



Ingredients:

  • 10 lbs pork loin

  • 2 cups BBQ sauce

  • 40 sandwich rolls

  • 2 cups coleslaw mix

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Roasting pan

  • Oven

  • Mixing bowl

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Rub the pork loin with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  • Place the pork loin in a roasting pan and cover it with BBQ sauce.

  • Roast in the oven for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  • Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

  • In a bowl, mix the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt to make the coleslaw.

  • Slice the sandwich rolls in half and toast them lightly if desired.

  • Assemble the sandwiches by placing sliced pork loin on the bottom half of each roll, topping with coleslaw, and then placing the top half of the roll on.

  • Serve immediately.
