Roasted BBQ Pork Sandwich
Ingredients:
10 lbs pork loin
2 cups BBQ sauce
40 sandwich rolls
2 cups coleslaw mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Roasting pan
Oven
Mixing bowl

Cutting board
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Rub the pork loin with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Place the pork loin in a roasting pan and cover it with BBQ sauce.
Roast in the oven for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
In a bowl, mix the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt to make the coleslaw.
Slice the sandwich rolls in half and toast them lightly if desired.
Assemble the sandwiches by placing sliced pork loin on the bottom half of each roll, topping with coleslaw, and then placing the top half of the roll on.
Serve immediately.
