Easy Chicken Hamburger
Ingredients:
150g of ground chicken
1 burger bun
20g of lettuce
1 slice of tomato
10g of mayonnaise
5g of mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
griddle
spatula
mixing bowl
knife
cutting board
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, season the ground chicken with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Shape the seasoned ground chicken into a patty.
Preheat the griddle over medium heat.
Cook the chicken patty on the griddle for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
While the patty is cooking, slice the burger bun in half and toast it lightly on the griddle, cut side down, until golden brown.
Once the chicken patty is cooked, assemble the hamburger by placing the lettuce, tomato slice, and cooked chicken patty on the bottom half of the bun.
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the top half of the bun and place it on top of the assembled ingredients to finish the burger.
