 Easy Chicken Hamburger



Ingredients:

  • 150g of ground chicken

  • 1 burger bun

  • 20g of lettuce

  • 1 slice of tomato

  • 10g of mayonnaise

  • 5g of mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • griddle

  • spatula

  • mixing bowl

  • knife

  • cutting board

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, season the ground chicken with salt and pepper. Mix well.

  • Shape the seasoned ground chicken into a patty.

  • Preheat the griddle over medium heat.

  • Cook the chicken patty on the griddle for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

  • While the patty is cooking, slice the burger bun in half and toast it lightly on the griddle, cut side down, until golden brown.

  • Once the chicken patty is cooked, assemble the hamburger by placing the lettuce, tomato slice, and cooked chicken patty on the bottom half of the bun.

  • Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the top half of the bun and place it on top of the assembled ingredients to finish the burger.
