Crispy Ramen Cucumber Sandwich
Ingredients:
5 cups of Flour
3 cups of Butter
1 lb of Bread
1 lb of Cucumber
1 lb of Mayo
1 lb of Oats
1 lb of Ramen
4 cups of Tostada
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Oven
Microwave Oven
Air Fryer
Stove Top
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and 1 cup of butter to form a dough. Roll it out and cut into small circles to make cookies. Place them on a baking tray and bake for about 2 minutes until golden.
While the cookies bake, cook the ramen per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining butter with the mayo to create a spread.
Slice the cucumber thinly and set aside.
Once the cookies are baked, allow them to cool for a minute, then spread the mayo mixture on each cookie.
Layer the cucumber slices, cooked ramen, and a sprinkle of oats on top of the spread, then top them with the tostada pieces for added crunch.
