 Crispy Ramen Cucumber Sandwich



Ingredients:

  • 5 cups of Flour

  • 3 cups of Butter

  • 1 lb of Bread

  • 1 lb of Cucumber

  • 1 lb of Mayo

  • 1 lb of Oats

  • 1 lb of Ramen

  • 4 cups of Tostada

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Microwave Oven

  • Air Fryer

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour and 1 cup of butter to form a dough. Roll it out and cut into small circles to make cookies. Place them on a baking tray and bake for about 2 minutes until golden.

  • While the cookies bake, cook the ramen per package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a separate bowl, mix the remaining butter with the mayo to create a spread.

  • Slice the cucumber thinly and set aside.

  • Once the cookies are baked, allow them to cool for a minute, then spread the mayo mixture on each cookie.

  • Layer the cucumber slices, cooked ramen, and a sprinkle of oats on top of the spread, then top them with the tostada pieces for added crunch.
