Ingredients:

  • 200g of natural yogurt (0% fat)

  • 150g banana (about 1 medium banana)

  • 100g strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 50g of oat flakes

  • 10g of honey (optional)

  • 100ml almond milk (or other plant-based milk)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixer

  • Glass

  • Measuring spoon

Instructions:

  • In a blender, add the plain yogurt, chopped banana, strawberries, oatmeal, and almond milk.

  • Blend everything until you get a smooth and homogeneous consistency.

  • Taste and add honey if you want a sweeter taste.

  • Pour into a large glass and enjoy immediately.
