Ingredients:
200g of natural yogurt (0% fat)
150g banana (about 1 medium banana)
100g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
50g of oat flakes
10g of honey (optional)
100ml almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Mixer
Glass
Measuring spoon
Instructions:
In a blender, add the plain yogurt, chopped banana, strawberries, oatmeal, and almond milk.
Blend everything until you get a smooth and homogeneous consistency.
Taste and add honey if you want a sweeter taste.
Pour into a large glass and enjoy immediately.
