 Baked vegetables with chicken and cheese



Ingredients:

  • 200g Flour

  • 300g Round zucchini

  • 2 Eggs

  • 100g Mayonnaise

  • 150g Processed cheese

  • 500g Potatoes

  • 2 Tomatoes

  • 400g Chicken

  • 300g Minced meat

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.

  • Peel and chop the potatoes, zucchini and tomatoes.

  • In a deep bowl, mix the minced meat, eggs, mayonnaise and spices to taste.

  • Add chopped vegetables to the mixture and mix thoroughly.

  • Place the resulting mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated processed cheese on top.

  • Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes until golden brown.
