Baked vegetables with chicken and cheese
Ingredients:
200g Flour
300g Round zucchini
2 Eggs
100g Mayonnaise
150g Processed cheese
500g Potatoes
2 Tomatoes
400g Chicken
300g Minced meat

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Peel and chop the potatoes, zucchini and tomatoes.
In a deep bowl, mix the minced meat, eggs, mayonnaise and spices to taste.
Add chopped vegetables to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Place the resulting mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated processed cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes until golden brown.
