Banana and Chocolate Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 eggs
100g of oat flakes
200ml of milk
50g of chocolate
1 banana
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Mixer
Hob
Instructions:
In a blender, add 2 eggs, 100g of oat flakes, 200ml of milk and 1 banana.
Mix until you get a smooth paste.
Heat a griddle over medium heat.
Pour a small amount of batter onto the baking sheet to form a pancake.
Cook each pancake for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Melt 50g of chocolate in the microwave and use it as a topping on pancakes.
