 Banana and Chocolate Pancakes



Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 100g of oat flakes

  • 200ml of milk

  • 50g of chocolate

  • 1 banana

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixer

  • Hob

Instructions:

  • In a blender, add 2 eggs, 100g of oat flakes, 200ml of milk and 1 banana.

  • Mix until you get a smooth paste.

  • Heat a griddle over medium heat.

  • Pour a small amount of batter onto the baking sheet to form a pancake.

  • Cook each pancake for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  • Melt 50g of chocolate in the microwave and use it as a topping on pancakes.
