 Chocolate Biscuit



Ingredients:

  • 100g Oriya biscuits

  • 50g dairy milk chocolate

  • 30g sugar

  • 200ml milk

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Microwave or double boiler

  • Spatula

  • Serving dish

  • Refrigerator

Instructions:

  • Crush the Oriya biscuits into fine crumbs and place them in a mixing bowl.

  • Melt the dairy milk chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.

  • Add the sugar to the melted chocolate and mix well until dissolved.

  • Pour in the milk and stir until the mixture is well combined.

  • Add the crushed biscuits to the chocolate mixture and mix until all crumbs are coated.

  • Transfer the mixture into a serving dish and flatten it evenly.

  • Refrigerate for about 1 hour to set.

  • Once set, cut into squares and serve.
