Chocolate Biscuit
Ingredients:
100g Oriya biscuits
50g dairy milk chocolate
30g sugar
200ml milk
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Mixing bowl
Microwave or double boiler
Spatula
Serving dish
Refrigerator
Instructions:
Crush the Oriya biscuits into fine crumbs and place them in a mixing bowl.
Melt the dairy milk chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
Add the sugar to the melted chocolate and mix well until dissolved.
Pour in the milk and stir until the mixture is well combined.
Add the crushed biscuits to the chocolate mixture and mix until all crumbs are coated.
Transfer the mixture into a serving dish and flatten it evenly.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour to set.
Once set, cut into squares and serve.
