Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango (approximately 200g)

  • 1 cup of milk (approximately 240ml)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

  • Vase

Instructions:

  • Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces.

  • Place the mango pieces and milk in a blender.

  • Blend at high speed until smooth and creamy.

  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
