Chocolate Cool Cake
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a greased microwave-safe dish.
