Spicy Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
500g Chicken wings
2 round onions, sliced
2 capsicums, sliced
200g Amaranth leaves, chopped
1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 cup Water

Instructions:
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced onions and capsicums to the skillet, sautéing until they are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
Season the vegetables with Himalayan pink salt and black pepper.
Add the chicken wings to the skillet, cooking until they are browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
Pour in the water and bring to a simmer, covering the skillet to cook the wings through, about 5-7 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked, add the chopped amaranth leaves, stirring until they are wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
Adjust seasoning with additional salt if needed and serve hot.
