 Spicy Chicken Wings 



Ingredients:

  • 500g Chicken wings

  • 2 round onions, sliced

  • 2 capsicums, sliced

  • 200g Amaranth leaves, chopped

  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt

  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

  • 1 cup Water

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Add the sliced onions and capsicums to the skillet, sautéing until they are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

  • Season the vegetables with Himalayan pink salt and black pepper.

  • Add the chicken wings to the skillet, cooking until they are browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.

  • Pour in the water and bring to a simmer, covering the skillet to cook the wings through, about 5-7 minutes.

  • Once the chicken is cooked, add the chopped amaranth leaves, stirring until they are wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

  • Adjust seasoning with additional salt if needed and serve hot.
