Ingredients:

  • One cup of fresh or frozen cherries, pitted.

  • 1 apple

  • 1/2 cup strawberries (hulled)

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • One cup of coconut water.

  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • If using fresh cherries, pit them.

    • Core the apple and cut it into pieces.

    • Pick the strawberries.

  2. Juice the Fruits:
