Ingredients:

  • 200g cooked beetroot

  • 50g crumbled feta

  • 30g of nuts

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Bowl

  • Knife

  • Bowl for dressing

  • Wooden spoon

Instructions:

  • In a salad bowl, dice the cooked beetroot.

  • Add the crumbled feta and walnuts.

  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.

  • Serve immediately.
