Ingredients:
200g cooked beetroot
50g crumbled feta
30g of nuts
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Bowl
Knife
Bowl for dressing
Wooden spoon
Instructions:
In a salad bowl, dice the cooked beetroot.
Add the crumbled feta and walnuts.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
Serve immediately.
