Ingredients:
4 cups of watermelon, cubed and seeds removed.
1 tablespoon lime juice (optional for extra tang)
1 tablespoon of honey or sugar (optional for sweetness)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional).

Instructions:
Prepare the watermelon.
Remove the rind and seeds from the watermelon.
Cut the watermelon into small cubes.
Blend:
Place the watermelon cubes into a blender.
Add lime juice and honey or sugar if desired.
Blend until smooth.
Strain (Optional):
If you prefer smoother juice, you can strain the mixture. Use a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.
Serve:
Pour the juice into the glasses over ice cubes.
