Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of watermelon, cubed and seeds removed.

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional for extra tang)

  • 1 tablespoon of honey or sugar (optional for sweetness)

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional).

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the watermelon.

    • Remove the rind and seeds from the watermelon.

    • Cut the watermelon into small cubes.

  2. Blend:

    • Place the watermelon cubes into a blender.

    • Add lime juice and honey or sugar if desired.

    • Blend until smooth.

  3. Strain (Optional):

    • If you prefer smoother juice, you can strain the mixture. Use a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.

  4. Serve:

    • Pour the juice into the glasses over ice cubes.
