 Oats with Almonds and Banana



Ingredients:

  • 40g of rolled oats

  • 200ml of almond milk

  • 1 medium banana (about 120g)

  • 15g of sliced almonds

  • 10g of honey

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Bowl

  • Spoon

  • Jar

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine rolled oats and almond milk, and mix well.

  • Slice the banana and add it to the mixture, stirring gently to combine.

  • Add the sliced almonds and honey to the oats mixture and mix until everything is evenly distributed.

  • Transfer the mixture to a jar or container and cover it.

  • Refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to soak and soften.

  • In the morning, stir the oats and enjoy! You can top it with more sliced bananas and almonds if desired.
