Oats with Almonds and Banana
Ingredients:
40g of rolled oats
200ml of almond milk
1 medium banana (about 120g)
15g of sliced almonds
10g of honey
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Bowl
Spoon
Jar
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine rolled oats and almond milk, and mix well.
Slice the banana and add it to the mixture, stirring gently to combine.
Add the sliced almonds and honey to the oats mixture and mix until everything is evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture to a jar or container and cover it.
Refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to soak and soften.
In the morning, stir the oats and enjoy! You can top it with more sliced bananas and almonds if desired.
