Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of gluten-free rolled oats

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 30g of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)

  • 100g of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp of almond butter

  • A pinch of cinnamon

  • Stevia or your preferred sweetener to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Bowl

  • Spoon

  • Measuring Cups

  • Microwave or Stovetop

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine the gluten-free rolled oats and almond milk, then let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.

  • Microwave the mixture for 2 minutes or cook it on the stovetop until desired consistency is reached.
