Keto-Friendly Fruit and Nut Oatmeal
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of gluten-free rolled oats
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
30g of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
100g of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of almond butter
A pinch of cinnamon
Stevia or your preferred sweetener to taste

Microwave or Stovetop
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the gluten-free rolled oats and almond milk, then let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.
Microwave the mixture for 2 minutes or cook it on the stovetop until desired consistency is reached.
Stir in the chia seeds, almond butter, and a pinch of cinnamon.
