Vegetarian Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Stir in the vanilla extract and almond milk until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined.
Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Using a cookie cutter, scoop out portions of the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the centers are soft.
