Ingredients:

• 2 slices of Bread

• 1 tablespoon of Butter

• 100g of Mascarpone Cheese

• 2 Sausages

• 2 tablespoons of Milk

• 1 tablespoon of Sugar

Kitchen Tools Needed:

• Microwave Oven

Instructions:

• Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of bread.

• Place the bread slices butter-side down on a microwave-safe plate.

• In a bowl, mix 100g of mascarpone cheese, 2 tablespoons of milk, and 1 tablespoon of sugar until smooth.

• Slice the sausages and distribute them evenly over the bread slices.

• Spread the mascarpone mixture over the sausages and top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.

• Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
