Ingredients:

  • 150g grilled chicken breast

  • 50g mixed leafy greens (spinach, arugula)

  • 30g cherry tomatoes

  • 20g cucumber

  • 15g avocado

  • 10g olive oil

  • 10g feta cheese

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Grill

  • Cutting board

  • Knife

  • Salad bowl

Instructions:

  • Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and no longer pink inside, about 6-7 minutes per side.

  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.

  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed leafy greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado.

  • Add the sliced grilled chicken on top of the salad.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with feta cheese, salt, and pepper.

  • Toss gently to combine all ingredients and serve immediately.
