Keto Grilled Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
150g grilled chicken breast
50g mixed leafy greens (spinach, arugula)
30g cherry tomatoes
20g cucumber
15g avocado
10g olive oil
10g feta cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and no longer pink inside, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed leafy greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado.
Add the sliced grilled chicken on top of the salad.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
Toss gently to combine all ingredients and serve immediately.
