Ingredients:
Four cups of seedless grapes (red, green, or a mix of both)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for extra tang)
1-2 teaspoons of honey or sugar (optional, for added sweetness)
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Grapes:
Scrub the grapes clean with soap and water.
Remove the grapes from their stems.
Blend:
Place the grapes into a blender.
Add lemon juice and honey or sugar if desired.
Blend until smooth.
Strain:
Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp and skins. Use a spoon to press the juice through the sieve if necessary.
