Grape Escape is a delightful and refreshing juice. It captures the sweet and tangy flavor of fresh grapes. Here's a simple recipe to make it.

Ingredients:

  • Four cups of seedless grapes (red, green, or a mix of both)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for extra tang)

  • 1-2 teaspoons of honey or sugar (optional, for added sweetness)

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Grapes:

    • Scrub the grapes clean with soap and water.

    • Remove the grapes from their stems.

  2. Blend:

    • Place the grapes into a blender.

    • Add lemon juice and honey or sugar if desired.

    • Blend until smooth.

  3. Strain:

    • Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp and skins. Use a spoon to press the juice through the sieve if necessary.

  4. Serve:

    • Pour the strained juice into glasses over ice cubes.

    • Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

  5. Chill:

    • For an extra refreshing drink, refrigerate the juice for an hour before serving.

Tips:

  • Use ripe, sweet grapes for the best flavor.

  • Adjust the sweetness and tanginess to your liking by adding more or less honey and lemon juice.

  • Experiment with different grape varieties for unique flavor profiles.

Enjoy your homemade Grape Escape!
