 Cocoa Date Breakfast Pudding



Ingredients:

  • 50g of cocoa powder

  • 100g of dates, pitted

  • 250ml of milk

  • 2 tablespoons of honey

  • 2 eggs

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven

  • Blender

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine the pitted dates and milk, and blend until smooth.

  • In a saucepan, whisk together the cocoa powder and eggs until well combined.

  • While whisking, slowly pour in the date and milk mixture, and bring the mixture to the stove top over low heat.

  • Continue to whisk until the pudding starts to thicken, about 5-7 minutes.

  • Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the honey, mixing well.

  • Pour the pudding into serving bowls and allow to cool slightly before serving.
