Cocoa Date Breakfast Pudding
Ingredients:
50g of cocoa powder
100g of dates, pitted
250ml of milk
2 tablespoons of honey
2 eggs
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Microwave Oven
Blender
Stove Top
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the pitted dates and milk, and blend until smooth.
In a saucepan, whisk together the cocoa powder and eggs until well combined.
While whisking, slowly pour in the date and milk mixture, and bring the mixture to the stove top over low heat.
Continue to whisk until the pudding starts to thicken, about 5-7 minutes.
Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the honey, mixing well.
Pour the pudding into serving bowls and allow to cool slightly before serving.
