 Quick Butter Salami Pancakes



Ingredients:

  • 100g of flour

  • 50g of butter

  • 100g of salami, chopped

  • 50g of sour cream

  • 1 egg

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Frying pan

  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and a pinch of salt.

  • Melt the butter and add it to the flour mixture along with the egg and sour cream. Mix until smooth.

  • Fold in the chopped salami.

  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter. Once hot, pour in a ladle of the batter to form a pancake.

  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute or two until golden brown.

  • Serve hot, topped with additional sour cream if desired.
