Quick Butter Salami Pancakes
Ingredients:
100g of flour
50g of butter
100g of salami, chopped
50g of sour cream
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Mixing bowl
Frying pan
Spatula
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and a pinch of salt.
Melt the butter and add it to the flour mixture along with the egg and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the chopped salami.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter. Once hot, pour in a ladle of the batter to form a pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute or two until golden brown.
Serve hot, topped with additional sour cream if desired.
