 Savory Pork and Carrot Stir-Fried Noodles



Ingredients:

  • 100g of rice

  • 2 packs of instant noodles

  • 100g of carrots, grated

  • 100g of onion, sliced

  • 150g of pork, thinly sliced

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Air Fryer

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Cook the rice according to the package instructions and set aside.

  • Boil the instant noodles for 3-4 minutes, drain, and set aside.

  • In a blender, combine the grated carrots and sliced onion to create a smooth mixture. Set aside.

  • In a skillet on the stove top, heat a little oil and add the thinly sliced pork, cooking until browned.

  • Add the carrot and onion mixture to the skillet, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes until softened.

  • Mix in the cooked noodles and rice, stirring well to combine all the ingredients.

  • Season with salt, pepper, or any preferred sauce while cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
