Savory Pork and Carrot Stir-Fried Noodles
Ingredients:
100g of rice
2 packs of instant noodles
100g of carrots, grated
100g of onion, sliced
150g of pork, thinly sliced
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Blender
Air Fryer
Stove Top
Instructions:
Cook the rice according to the package instructions and set aside.
Boil the instant noodles for 3-4 minutes, drain, and set aside.
In a blender, combine the grated carrots and sliced onion to create a smooth mixture. Set aside.
In a skillet on the stove top, heat a little oil and add the thinly sliced pork, cooking until browned.
Add the carrot and onion mixture to the skillet, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
Mix in the cooked noodles and rice, stirring well to combine all the ingredients.
Season with salt, pepper, or any preferred sauce while cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
