Quick Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients:
200g of cooked rice
2 large eggs
50g of peas
50g of carrots, diced
30g of green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Frying pan
Spatula
Bowl
Cooking spoon
Instructions:
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.
Add the beaten eggs to the pan and scramble them until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice, peas, diced carrots, and green onions to the pan and stir well to combine.
Pour the soy sauce over the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
Season with salt to taste and cook for an more minute until heated through.
