 Quick Egg Fried Rice








Ingredients:

  • 200g of cooked rice

  • 2 large eggs

  • 50g of peas

  • 50g of carrots, diced

  • 30g of green onions, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

  • Salt to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Frying pan

  • Spatula

  • Bowl

  • Cooking spoon

Instructions:

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.

  • Add the beaten eggs to the pan and scramble them until fully cooked.

  • Add the cooked rice, peas, diced carrots, and green onions to the pan and stir well to combine.

  • Pour the soy sauce over the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.

  • Season with salt to taste and cook for an more minute until heated through.
