 Butterscotch Cashew Delight



Ingredients:

  • 100g of cashew nuts

  • 50g of sugar

  • 200ml of milk

  • 100g of butterscotch

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven

  • Blender

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add the butterscotch. Microwave for about 30 seconds, until melted. Stir until smooth.

  • In a blender, combine the milk and cashew nuts. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • In a saucepan, add the blended mixture and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and it's warm.

  • Once warm, stir in the melted butterscotch until fully incorporated and the mixture is rich and creamy.

  • Pour the mixture into small serving bowls and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
