Butterscotch Cashew Delight
Ingredients:
100g of cashew nuts
50g of sugar
200ml of milk
100g of butterscotch

Instructions:
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the butterscotch. Microwave for about 30 seconds, until melted. Stir until smooth.
In a blender, combine the milk and cashew nuts. Blend until smooth and creamy.
In a saucepan, add the blended mixture and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and it's warm.
Once warm, stir in the melted butterscotch until fully incorporated and the mixture is rich and creamy.
Pour the mixture into small serving bowls and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
