 Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Avocado


Ingredients:

  • 300g of shrimp

  • 2 medium avocados

  • 100g of corn tortillas

  • 50g of red cabbage

  • 50g of cilantro

  • 1 lime

  • 5g of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of cumin

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Grill

  • Mixing Bowl

  • Taco Shells

  • Knife

  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.

  • Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.

  • While the shrimp is grilling, prepare the taco toppings. Slice the avocados and chop the red cabbage and cilantro.

  • Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 1 minute on each side until they are slightly charred.

  • Assemble the tacos by placing grilled shrimp in the warmed tortillas, and then top with avocado slices, red cabbage, and cilantro. Squeeze fresh lime juice over each taco before serving.
