Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Avocado
Ingredients:
300g of shrimp
2 medium avocados
100g of corn tortillas
50g of red cabbage
50g of cilantro
1 lime
5g of olive oil
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of paprika
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
While the shrimp is grilling, prepare the taco toppings. Slice the avocados and chop the red cabbage and cilantro.
Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 1 minute on each side until they are slightly charred.
Assemble the tacos by placing grilled shrimp in the warmed tortillas, and then top with avocado slices, red cabbage, and cilantro. Squeeze fresh lime juice over each taco before serving.
